Scope: Full exterior facelift including masonry preparation and repaint, repair of visible exterior breaks, fixture refinishing, and installation of new front concrete pavement.

Result: Transformed the home's curb appeal from a dated brick exterior to a modern high-contrast white-and-black finish with a cleaner driveway approach and stronger architectural definition.

Scope: Full prep-and-paint package in a large open-concept condo: protected cabinetry and flooring, detailed masking, ceiling and wall spraying, and precise touch-ups around recessed lighting and built-ins.

Result: Delivered a clean, modern white finish with smooth, even coverage across high ceilings and long sightlines, creating a bright high-end interior ready for final fixtures.

Scope: 6-day hardwood restoration across an open-concept living area, hallway, and stairs: sanding, unplanned mold mitigation discovered under sections of the original floor, stair-edge detail work, and final protective topcoat application.

Result: Converted worn, uneven, and patchy wood into a consistent natural-oak finish with improved durability, cleaner stair transitions, and brighter light reflection across the main living space. The mold issue under the original hardwood was fully mitigated and resolved.
